[Bug 30592] slash in identifier breaks the logging

I don't know how this could happen. The filename is constructed by
log_store_xml_get_filename(), where in chat_id the slashes are replaced with
underlines, and the same with the account (done by
log_store_account_to_dirname()). Any ideas?
