I've just pushed my current implementation to

It's lacking real testing (it builds but I haven't actually run it), updated
docs, and a
gboolean tp_capabilities_supports_contact_search (TpCapabilities *, gboolean
*with_limit, gboolean *with_server)

If you can have a look and tell me if I'm on track, and what things you don't
like, etc, that would be much appreciated :)
