Some protocols allow you so offer a bag of files to a contact, which then can
then pick and choose from. From the receiving side we expose this as a bag of
FileTransfer channels popping up. The sending side should do something similar,
one suggestion that has been made is to have a plural version of CreateChannels
in which you can request a batch of FT channels in one go, which the CM can
then transform into the right protocol construct for offering a bag of files
