When I:

 1. Start an audio call with another Gabble instance
 2. Let it connect
 3. Start sending video on the one side (doesn't seem to matter if it's
initiator or responder)
 4. Start sending video on the other side.

The video started sending second doesn't appear on the other side. Starting
with a video call works fine though.
