Print screen of the issue

While chatting, the messages of friend A suddenly showed up in the tab of
another friend B. Both friends were using the msn protocol. Friend B used
empathy but was offline already. Friend A used pidgin.
Attached is a screenshot (with friend A = Pie and friend B = Celibriem) of the
problem. 

I tried to get some butterfly logs, but empathy crashed when i switched the log
viewer to the butterfly logs.

I'm using empathy and butterfly from the ubuntu ppa.
