telepathy-glib should gain GObject-Introspection metadata:

* smcv wants Vala bindings
* danni wants Javascript bindings
* Python bindings might be an interesting alternative to telepathy-python,
which is somewhat less complete than telepathy-glib

Danni, did you make any progress on this when you looked at it for JS? Is there
a branch?
