I have used butterfly for some month starting with the release of Fedora 12 but
had to change back to emesene because butterfly+empathy seems to be *very*
unreliable.

I am not sure if my problem is the same as Marcel's but I have noticed the
following:

• sometimes butterfly shows MSN contacts as online who are no longer online
• sometimes MSN contacts see you, but their messages don't reach you
• sometimes you see an MSN contacts, but your messages don't reach them

Maybe this is also related to
