Note that (a) it's already possible for account creators to set
ConnectAutomatically at create time, and (b) MC doesn't actually do anything
with this property, and won't until Bug #27364 is fixed.

I have no particular objection to the patch, but it seems unwise for account
creation UIs to rely on this having happened.

Since this requires API, I think these should be part of Bug #24104.
