Rob, Sjoerd and I got discussing this in the office today. Rob had the better
idea of having a channel-request field in the mail notification; clients can
just dump it into CreateChannel() in its entirety! I wrote up a draft while it
was fresh in my mind:

I didn't think about how logging would work.
