Maybe this is not a pure ICQ issue, people start telling that MSN is missing
too no matter what  plugin is used (std, haze, pecan).
I just checked for myself: no msn (haze) in "New IM" either.
The msn (without suffix) has port 0 and entering the right doesn't help it
getting signed in... (means I cant test as it isn't working for me)
