Spec 0.19.7 was released earlier today. It adds some new API which needs
support from libraries:

* codegen and (ideally) high-level API for Account.ConnectionError,
.ConnectionErrorDetails

* codegen for Anonymity interfaces

* codegen for ServicePoint interfaces

* ChatState recoverability via ChatStates property

I'm adding these to telepathy-glib now; have a look at the telepathy-glib
version of ConnectionError (Bug #28534) for implementation ideas. telepathy-qt4
should have them too.
