Ok, GSM's privacy support is boolean; a simple hide/no-hide (CLIR).  This is
probably why ring uses Connection.Interface.GSM's privacy bit as a way to
quickly and easily toggle it for all connections.  Connection.Interface.Privacy
can easily be made to do the same thing (if it doesn't already).

As far as Connection.Interface.Privacy, I suggest we use enums rather than
privacy service strings (which are pretty SIP specific).
