Applies to released TPL 0.1.1 and current master.

fixes this, please review and push to master in order to release.

Currently TPL cannot start properly due to the wrong name in the Client
.service file and since the .client file uses the same wrong name, the
channel-filter cannot work properly as well.

Setting severity to major because currently TPL 0.1.1 cannot work as expected.
