telepathy-extras only provides ICQ and MSN, so I will ignore Skype and Jabber.

Actually, I believe you've got this the wrong way round, somehow. I'm informed
that the maemo UI *only* shows contact's names, not their jid/icq number/etc.
so unless there is something wrong with haze, then you won't *ever* get the,
say, ICQ number. Seeing as you're claiming otherwise, it leads me to think
there might be something up with haze.

I think this might be a dup of bug #25157, which is specific to ICQ.
