I'm working on it, and have a branch that adds (core and optional) feature
support to TpProxy, and ports TpChannel to use it.

Remaining things to do for this to be reviewable:

* Define and design the interaction with TpConnection statuses

* Port TpAccount, TpAccountManager to use the generic TpProxy feature stuff,
with their own methods maintained for compatibility

* Port examples, etc. to use prepare_async rather than readying
