I think this should be a new error code, perhaps WouldBreakAnonymity - lots of
things can raise NotAvailable already. Perhaps "MUST be denied; the error code
SHOULD be ...WouldBreakAnonymity".

Client_Info; also Show_Client_Info, etc. for the other flags.

The docstring has the same <tp:rationale>/<p> mis-nesting I pointed out on
another branch, and the typo "suppres" that wjt noticed.
