New things for spec 0.19.6:

* merge the actual spec
* bind ChangingPresence into high-level API (Bug #28018)

Enhancements which might take a bit more work:

* get the Location.SupportedLocationFeatures property to check the Can_Set flag
* add support for the additions to the DTMF API in telepathy-qt4's high-level
API
* add support for sender-nickname in Tp::Message

Please merge the spec, finish off Bug #28018, and either do the other things if
they turn out to be very quick, or file separate bugs for them.
