The Gabble included with Maemo 5 PR1.2 (and any other gabble built with
--enable-is-a-phone) includes <identity category='client' type='phone'/> in its
caps. Gabble should prefer such resources when making outgoing Jingle calls.

I started doing this in
http://git.collabora.co.uk/?p=user/wjt/telepathy-gabble-wjt.git;a=shortlog;h=refs/heads/prefer-phones
but it interacts poorly with the caps cache so I have to fix that up first.
