The NewCodecOffer signal should contain the content of optional interfaces on
the socket too.. maybe as a a{sa{sv}} (a map of interfaces -> asv of the
properties).

Otherwise we have to a get_all() on the CodecOffer (to see which interfaces are
there), then to get each interface individually...
