Additional spec issues:

* Needs a SubjectChanged signal! (or the new generic PropertiesChanged)

Implementation status:

* Gabble is the complicated case, Bug #31470
* Butterfly and Skype are trivial - they just need empty, unrequestable
properties (Skype might also have a subject, but that's easy to add) - so I
don't think they need trial implementations
* IRC is strictly simpler than Gabble so I don't think it needs a trial
implementation either
