I started porting Empathy to Tp*Channel hight level object by rebasing
EmpathyTp* on top of TpChannel. The channel factory allows me to hook my own
objects which is cool but I can't define my own properties because
TpProxyFeature is not exposed in the API.

That makes impossible for a client factory to implement
tp_client_channel_factory_dup_channel_features(). Any reason to not move
TpProxyFeature as public API ?
