4 months ago, Maiko implemented an IOStream for In-Band-Bytestream in Wocky.
With a much larger goal to have full File-Transfers abstracted in Wocky and
using GIO, As I'm taking back on his work, I've rebased his branch and fix
remaining style issues so we can that peace review and merged.
