O hai, I heard you liked re-use of XMPP libraries.

This branch does an initial port of Salut to Wocky:

- use WockyNode instead of GibberXmppNode
- use WockyStanza instead of GibberXmppStanza
- use WockyXmppWriter instead of GibberXmppWriter
- reimplement GibberXmppReader as a subclass of WockyXmppReader

Future work includes using WockyPorter, Wocky error handling, etc.
