Some connection managers might need to send the details of the active candidate
pair (e.g. c and o parameters of SDP body need to contain address of selected
native candidate as stipulated by RFC 5245). However, the candidates ID might
not be enough to determine these info if the candidate was found after
NativeCandidatesPrepared has been called (e.g. peer reflexive candidate).
