This isn't the same bug, so I've cloned it as Bug #30226. If you encounter any
other TLS bugs that don't match the symptoms above (failure with
GNUTLS_E_INTERNAL_ERROR) or that can be reproduced with GNUTLS 2.8, please
report them separately.

Strictly speaking, this one is RESOLVED NOTOURBUG, but I'll keep it open to
track the gnutls situation until we have some sort of resolution for it.
Current status:

* GNUTLS 2.8.x works, in general
* GNUTLS 2.10.x and early 2.11.x contain regressions which break Wocky/Gabble
* GNUTLS 2.11.1 (unstable development release) contains some patches from
Sjoerd which make Wocky/Gabble work again: 98e0e3c400, 2a539ad96 and 18cff3602
* Those patches have not yet been backported to the 2.10.x stable branch; they
don't backport trivially, since surrounding code has changed in 2.11
