I *think* it's just a matter of:
- implement TpBaseProtocolClass->get_avatar_details
- update TpBaseProtocolClass->get_interfaces
- update the manager file

We should probably dump to dep to either tp-glib 0.14.4 or 0.15.0 (not yet
released) in order to have this fix:
