This probably requires libpurple work: many actions in prpls are not really
suitable for use in Haze, since their API is essentially "here is a list of
menu items" and "please display a window that looks like this".

I seem to remember contact search is one of these, in which case it'll need a
"machine-readable" API in libpurple before Haze can interact with it.
