TelepathyQt doesn't have high-level API for SetContactInfo at all, just for
reading remote contact info.

IMO it should take the form of a method on Tp::Connection, which takes (a
subclass of) Tp::Contact::InfoFields which should have methods to set the
fields, and translates it to the parameters to the SetContactInfo DBus method.
