To reproduce

1. EnsureChannel for a call channel
2. Use it, and then just hung up (not calling requestClose)
3. EnsureChannel for a call channel on same contact
4. Returns same channel

Calling requestClose seems to solve the problem.

Note: It has been tested with tp-qt4 and tp-qt4-yell.
