Function like tpl_log_manager_exists()  TplEventSearchType is being abused
since it's not use as it is intended, flags. Other such abuse can be found in
the XML and Pidgin logger. In most cases, TplEntityType should be use (while in
other gboolean is_room is the natural correction). This was introduced during
initial refactoring phase of the TpLogger.
