Most of it is good, except storage that will be slightly modified. After
discussion with others, the consensus is that we should log whatever Call
interface provide (as long as it meaningful for logs). Thus the ENDED state
transition emulation need a bit more work, but the idea is there. Any comments
will be appreciated.
