I initially posted this as an empathy bug but was sent here, here's the
information I gave them.
Have logged on other clients to verify that they are properly added to my
contact list and appear online. They do not appear with their nickname in my
contact list in empathy, they only appear by the e-mail address and always as
offline even when sending messages with them.
Using Windows live/MSN
