gtk-doc 1.17 now actually builds docs out of tree! Hooray.

But we need to change telepathy-glib a bit to compensate. Here's a branch.

It also includes an unrelated fix: automatic-client-factory-internal.h was
omitted from telepathy-glib/Makefile.am, and hence omitted from distributed
tarballs.
