That's the thing blocking this, really: changing the default is trivial, but 
losing everyone's accounts in the process isn't acceptable.

While we're migrating anyway, this would be a good time to consider a better
accounts-file format: would one GKeyFile per account be better?

On the other hand, if we add a plugin to use an as-yet-hypothetical GNOME
online accounts service (or for that matter, KWallet?), that makes this bug
relatively irrelevant.
