Getting telepathy-logger package version depends on your distribution, this is
one of the reasons we usually suggest filing bugs to distribution specific bug
tracker first (see launchpad.net for Ubuntu).

To get the logs, make sure all chat windows are closed, and run in a shell:

export TPL_DEBUG=all
killall telepathy-logger
/usr/libexec/telepathy-logger

Logger traces should be displayed. Copy them into a file and attach that file
to this bug.
