Oh and I forgot - David Edmundson had yet another great find - in
AccountsModelItem::onStatusChanged(..) it's great to call onChanged(), since
this would trigger the proxy model filters and thanks to that we can filter out
accounts from the view that just went offline. Or let in the accounts that just
came online :)
