Fatal criticals help us getting reports on things that would get unnoticed
otherwise, but there is little point in them in case the user has no way to
debug or report them and will just see a crash.
For instance on a N900 in the hands of a normal user having fatal criticals is
useless and could make gabble crash for no good reason.
