Marc Maurer reported that Gabble does not support requesting MUC D-Bus tubes
with properties from the Conference interface. Specifically, he would like
AbiCollab to be able to request an ad-hoc D-Bus tube with specific occupants;
at present, he has to generate a UUID himself, create the tube, and invite
everyone. It would be much more convenient if AbiCollab could request:

  ChannelType: DBusTube
  Conference.InitialInviteeIDs: [...]

and have Gabble do the work.
