When it was initially opened, telepathy-sofiasip was the only CM that would
benefit from a non-trivial implementation (XMPP doesn't count, since it has one
vCard field and one URI scheme), so undrafting this was blocked by having that
non-trivial implementation.

We now want x-facebook-id for XMPP, so Gabble's implementation isn't going to
be so trivial any more.
