To speed up reestablishment of TLS-encrypted streams when an XMPP connection is
reconnected, Wocky could cache TLS sessions per host/port and reuse them as per
RFC 5077. Another possibility is to implement it transparently in gio and make
Wocky use TLS through gio with this feature.
