The current spec release up on tp.fd.o lists the Call1 things as unstable, with
the usual warning:

WARNING: This interface is experimental and is likely to cause havoc to your
API/ABI if bindings are generated. Do not include this interface in libraries
that care about compatibility.

If the intent is that the currently specified Call1 is the final Call1, and not
Call0.999some-maybe-going-to-turn-Call1-stable-one day, that should be declared
in the spec and the causes-havoc annotations removed. At that point, Call1
can't be changed anymore though of course, and will need to be duplicated as
Call2 for further incompatible development.
