In the GNOME 3.1 beta, adding new accounts via 'empathy-accounts' causes them
to be stored in "~/.local/share/telepathy/mission-control/accounts-goa.cfg".
However, upon login, accounts are being read from
"~/.mission-control/accounts/accounts.cfg". This means all newly added accounts
disappear.
