I just pushed a few more patches into my tree. I think I have covered all that
I set out to do. So all that remains now is to get this final set reviewed and
then we can merge into master.

Please note that I fixed a reference counting issue in the _write_ready
function in src/idle-server-connection.c where the IdleServerConnection
instance was getting leaked. I hope I got it right this time.
