There must be /quote command for custom interaction with IRC servers.

Syntax: /quote <line>
Semantics: Contents of variable <line> get sent as RAW text to the IRC server.

This is usual and normal command at each IRC client. It is *often necessary*
when the client implements only part of IRC server's supported protocol.
