This is a lie. Say 0.UNRELEASED, and whoever releases the spec will correct it
to the about-to-be-released version just before they release it.

Does our toolchain support this appearing on the whole <interface>, rather than
on each <property>? (I hadn't realised it *could* go on the <interface> until I
looked it up in the D-Bus Specification...)

Please document that this is also what should happen if you Close the channel
without first calling CancelCaptcha. (Rationale: if no Handler supports captcha
channels, the ChannelDispatcher will just call Close, because it has no
knowledge of specific channel types.)
