In Empathy, while getting notification about a new message, the tooltip shows the text, but when I click on it the message window is opened empty.
Additionally, this message cannot be found in previous conversations.

The message is not being logged in ~/.local/share/TpLogger/ and not visible in the Previous Conversations.

Using Version: 3.3.3-0ubuntu1~ppa11.10+1 on Ubuntu 11.10
