As Farsight2 and Farstream are not installable together, it would be nice to
have a version fo telepathy-farsight building with Farstream.
This would allow us to build empathy-call and empathy-av together for example.

I did that by backporting code from telepathy-farstream while taking care of
not breaking the API.
