At the moment, mission-control never quits. We can kill it manually with
killall -SIGTERM mission-control-5 but it does not quit gracefully. Quitting
gracefully is useful for debugging tools like valgrind and coverage.

This patch adds mcd_service_stop() and stops the McdService when SIGUSR1 is
sent.
