Turns out that  ReceivedMessage::DeliveryDetails::error provides more specific
error messages than ReceivedMessage::DeliveryDetails::dbusError

Hence, the error messages in ChannelTextSendError must be included in the list
of error strings in the telepathy-spec so that
ReceivedMessage::DeliveryDetails::dbusError provides specific error messages
