A Windows Live account (xxx at live.com) added through GNOME Online Accounts shows
up in empathy-accounts but fails to connect. The sources of the GOA
mission-control plugin indicates that these accounts use Gabble as the CM.

However, the same Windows Live account added through empathy-accounts does
connect. Looking at my accounts.cfg I find that it is using Haze.
